A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.

June through August
Room charge is $175.00 for single- or
double-occupancy

Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Check-in is after 2:00 PM; However, if you expect to arrive earlier, call to check if the room is ready. We will do everything we can to accommodate early arrivals.

Built in 1799, Brickhouse was added to the National Historic Register<br />
of Places in 2004.

At the left is the living room; the stairs at the right lead to the guest rooms.

This small library nook, packed with books on a wide range of topics, is just off the living room.

We serve a full breakfast every morning in our dining room.

The kitchen is the heart of every country home, and Brickhouse B&B is no exception. A vintage Chambers Range and a coal heater keep things toasty when it's cold outside.

A nice place to hang out if you want to read or relax. Peter will get a fire going if it's chilly out.

We are just 25 minutes from Cooperstown in historic Sharon Springs, New York, nestled between the Adirondack and Catskills Mountain ranges.
