Room charge is $175.00 for single- or
double-occupancy

September through May
Double-occupancy: $150.00
Single-occupancy: $75.00
Prices include tax and a full breakfast.

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.

We can also be contacted via email, but using the telephone is still the best way to reach us. Sorry!

Check-out

Check-out time is 12:00 noon

Check-in is after 2:00 PM; However, if you expect to arrive earlier, call to check if the room is ready. We will do everything we can to accommodate early arrivals.

Miscellaneous

Free wi-fi; pets OK; kids welcome; non-smoking environment; plenty of parking.

Busy Season

June through August is our busy season. During those months, we charge by the room, meaning there is no single-occupancy rate.

There is a two-night minimum stay during busy season weekends
(Thursday through Saturday nights).

Off-Season

September through May is our off-season. We offer a single-occupancy rate of $75.00/person.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is generally after 2:00pm. If, for some reason, you will be arriving much earlier (or much, much later) just give us a ring at (518) 254-0627 and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
